Turkish armed forces conducted regular operation against Kurdistan Worker’s Party (PKK) in the south-eastern province of Hakkari (Turkey).

According to CNNTurk, Turkish soldiers clashed with PKK rebels on March 14 as a result of rescue and search operations. A Turkish officer was killed and another soldier injured in clashes.

Several days ago Turkish militaries struck on alleged PKK camps, using heavy equipment and air forces (including Skorsky and Kobra helicopters), Firat news agency reports.
