YEREVAN. – Despite OSCE monitoring, Azerbaijani side started violating ceasefire regime on Wednesday evening. 

According to the Armenian Defense Ministry, ceasefire was violated in the direction of Nerkin Karmir Aghbyur, Movses and Voskepar villages, as well as near Chinari village.

During the monitoring, ceasefire regime was maintained.

Azerbaijan has violated the ceasefire, at its boundaries with Armenia and the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, 7,960 times in the first seven months 2013. As a result of Azerbaijan’s breach of the truce, three Armenian military servicemen were killed and nine others were wounded. In addition, a civilian was wounded.
