March 16, OSCE mission had to hold a regular monitoring on NKR-Azerbaijan armed forces’ contact line in Askeran direction.

NKR Foreign Ministry informed NEWS.am that monitoring was thwarted by Azerbaijani side that did not lead OSCE mission representatives on the mutually agreed observation point.

Earlier, Karabakhi side thrice insisted on monitoring of the certain part of the contact line, where repeated ceasefire violations by Azerbaijani armed forces were registered.
