Upon the proposal by The Philippines, the latter and Armenia will sign an agreement with respect to exchange of information on tax matters.    

Such intergovernmental agreements are already in force between Armenia and some CIS member states, and they facilitate collaboration between the tax authorities of the respective countries. 

At present, similar agreements are at the phase of approval with the governments of Argentina and Australia.  

The agreement assumes the provision of information in line with a request, the inclusion of the other country’s representative during tax inspections, etc.
