YEREVAN. – A unique art exhibition will be held from Friday to October 28 in Armenia’s capital city Yerevan.
Talented Armenian painter and designer Nikolay Mirumyan, who lives in Krasnodar, Russia, makes creations by using coffee residue.
“It all started in 2008 when I visited Armenia. I was ‘forced’ to learn to drink natural coffee. The first pictures were random dots, on which I had tried to depict contours and images. Subsequently, I started making certain forms on those dots,” the artist stated, in particular.
Having perfected his skills, Mirumyan primarily depicts people and their emotions. His creations also include unique abstract figures, objects, and animals.
