YEREVAN. – Coalition government’s junior partner, Orinats Yerkir (Rule of Law) Party National Assembly (RLP NA) Faction leader Heghine Bisharyan does not wish to reflect on the recent “conflict” between Arthur Baghdasaryan and Gagik Tsarukyan.
Bisharyan noted the abovementioned at Friday’s NA briefing with news reporters.
“Let’s close this matter. As team leaders in the political arena, they naturally collaborated, and they will collaborate, [and] work [together],” she added, in particular.
To note, an incident took place at the airport between RLP Chairman and National Security Council (NSC) Secretary Arthur Baghdasaryan, and Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) Chairman and National Olympic Committee of Armenia (ARMNOC) President Gagik Tsarukyan, and while welcoming President Serzh Sargsyan who was returning from Brussels. Information was disseminated in the media that the NSC chief and the PAP leader had a heated discussion in connection with Baghdasaryan’s recent election as President of the Armenian Volleyball Federation, and the discussion had even resulted in the using of profanities against one another.
