YEREVAN. – The level of poverty is reducing in Armenia, Finance Minister Davit Sargsyan stated during Monday’s National Assembly discussions devoted to the 2014 State Budget.
As per the minister, in line with the 2012 results, a 32-33-percent poverty is expected, as compared to the 35 percent in 2011 and the 35.8 percent in 2010.
According to Sargsyan, Armenia’s poverty level will be slowly reduced in 2014, too.
