By order of a Prosecutor, four detained servicemen were put under arrest as a measure of restraint in Semdinli district in Hakkari Province of southeastern Turkey.
Earlier March 26, thirteen people, including military men were detained on suspicion of smuggling, of which two officers and two soldiers are arrested.
