April 2, the blast in oil refinery in Anacortes city, U.S. killed five people and wounded 4 others.
The accident occurred in Tesoro Corporation refinery, thereafter a fire broke out during the maintenance works and extinguished 90 minutes later, AP reports.
Despite the accident, the refinery is back to normal opereation. Accident causes are being clarified.
