President of Russia Vladimir Putin dismissed accusations of annexing Crimea, calling them “silly”, RIA Novosti reported.
“There wasn’t and there isn’t an annexation of Crimea, this was the will of the people…all of these accusations are ungrounded,” Putin said during a meeting on Thursday.
He called all accusations “silly” and “having not grounds”.
