“To avoid provocation,” Ukraine and the Russian Federation (RF) have made technical arrangements with respect to Russian humanitarian action, a Ukraine MFA statement has noted.

Specifically, the relevant Ukrainian authorities, with the assistance of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), will conduct the border and customs control and the formulation of the humanitarian aid, the rbc news agency reported.

In addition, the trilateral contact group will play a key role in the security and the maintaining of certain routes.
