If the Minsk meeting is approved, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko on Friday will order a cease fire as of 2pm, UNN news agency reported citing Reuters.
The media report that Poroshenko is waiting for the signing of the step-by-step plan for the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict, and this signing is expected to take place Friday in Belarusian capital city Minsk.
At present, Petro Poroshenko is participating in the NATO summit in Wales.
