The NATO allies will ensure that the Alliance is able to effectively address the specific challenges posed by hybrid warfare threats, says declaration issued as a result of Wales summit.

The document says the Alliance possesses the necessary tools and procedures required to deter and respond effectively to hybrid warfare threats, and the capabilities to reinforce national forces.

As reported earlier, NATO member states adopted plan on strengthening the collective defense and agreed on parameters of the rapid reaction forces created in response to Russia's policy on Ukraine.
