Washington is ready to lift part of sanctions if Russia fulfills agreements achieved in Minsk, US Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland said during her visit to Ukraine.
On the contrary, Russia will have to face new restrictions, Ukrainskaya Pravda reported.
She said Washington's signal was clear: sanctions will be weakened only if all arrangements are implemented.
Nuland said long-term preservation of the current level of sanctions is not possible, restrictive measures will either be reduced or tightened.
