YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s (USD) exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 412.51/$1 in Armenia on Monday, and this makes for an AMD 0.14 rise from the previous day.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 523.10 (up by AMD 0.54), that of one British pound was AMD 663.85 (up by AMD 1.75), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 10.21 (down by AMD 0.01), informed the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of silver, gold, and platinum amounted to AMD 233.87, AMD 16,264.25, and AMD 16,996.76, respectively.

Monday’s trading totaled USD 600,000 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The transactions were conducted at an average exchange rate of AMD 412.5/$1, and the trading session closed likewise at AMD 412.5/$1.
