The escalation of tension in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone will definitely lead to war sooner or later, Russian political scientist Aleksandr Khramchikhin told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
In his view, the trend of this escalation is apparent since last year.
“The Karabakh conflict will not be resolved without a major war,” Khramchikhin stressed.
As per the analyst, all these incidents are triggered by the Karabakh situation itself, “when the line of contact is the very same frontline.”
“Nothing unusual is taking place. The trend is apparent, and further escalation [of tension] is inevitable,” Aleksandr Khramchikhin added.
