YEREVAN. - The American national currency (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 478.09/$1 in Armenia on Wednesday, which is up by AMD 1.05 from Tuesday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 561.23 (down by AMD 2.11), that of one British pound was AMD 725.45 (up by AMD 4.79), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 7.25 (down by AMD 0.08), informed the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of silver, gold, and platinum amounted to AMD 261.31, AMD 18,929.32, and AMD 19,121.46, respectively.

The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no USD trading on Wednesday.
