YEREVAN. – The Armenia sector of the border with Azerbaijan was calm on the late Monday night and early morning hours on Tuesday.
The Armenian defense minister’s press secretary, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, informed about the aforesaid to Armenian News-NEWS.am.
He noted that the adversary had violated the ceasefire around 100 times, but the Armenian side gave little response to the shooting.
“The border tension tends to reduce; the shooting has decreased,” Hovhannisyan said.
