YEREVAN. – President of France Francois Hollande plans to attend events marking centennial of the Armenian Genocide in Yerevan on April 24, French Ambassador Jean-Francois Charpentier said.
The agenda includes three key events: centenniary of the Armenian Genocide, Eastern Partnership summit in Riga, a meeting of Foreign Ministers of the International Organization of La Francophonie.
“During the summit we will try to specify the priority directions for development of Armenia-EU relati ons,” Ambassador said.
The La Francophonie ministerial will be held in Yerevan in late October, and will be the first opportunity for Armenia to host a high level meeting as a full member.
