YEREVAN. – In 2015, the Dutch government will allocate another €112,000 to Armenia, and within the framework of the assistance program for illegal immigrants.
Those immigrants, who have decided to return to Armenia from the Netherlands, may receive up to 1,000 euros.
The Government of Armenia approved, at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting, this funding program along the lines of the intergovernmental agreement.
The aforementioned assistance will focus on these immigrants’ reintegration—finding them jobs, providing specialized courses, and allocating temporary accommodation—in Armenia.
The bilateral agreement, which envisions assistance to the immigrants returning from the Netherlands to Armenia, was approved in July of the year past.
