YEREVAN. – The Embassy of Armenia in Beijing on Thursday held an official reception devoted to the 23rd anniversary of the Armenian Armed Forces.

The event brought together high-ranking officers from the Chinese army, representatives of the large military industry companies of China as well as diplomats and members of the media, informed the Armenia MFA press service.

Armenia’s Ambassador to China Armen Sargsyan, and Military Attaché, Colonel Hamik Sayadyan, delivered welcoming remarks.

In his address, Ambassador Sargsyan reflected on the history of the Armenian army, and stressed that the army fulfills its present-day tasks with high efficiency.
