YEREVAN. – The deadlines for the submissions for constitutional reforms are expiring.

Ruling Republican Party of Armenia National Assembly Faction Head Vahram Baghdasaryan stated the above-said at Friday’s parliamentary briefings.

In his words, respective open debates will be held, whereupon a final proposal will be drafted with respect to the constitutional reforms.

And to a question on whether the constitutional reforms imply a regime change, Baghdasaryan responded: “Of course! If we are getting ready for a change in the constitutional model, and later, for elections, too, we all believe that there should be some changes. But the people, who will elect, must decide what [changes].”
