YEREVAN. – A report is prepared on the death of Julieta Gasparyan, 23, who had died in the 25th week of her pregnancy.

Press Service of the Investigative Committee of Armenia informed the aforesaid to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

It added that the autopsy had revealed that the woman had a heart defect.

On the evening of July 28, Gasparyan was transferred from the Shirak Province to the Republican Institute of Reproductive Health, Perinatology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, in capital city Yerevan, where she was diagnosed with a severe heart pathology and septic endocarditis. Subsequently, the pregnant woman was taken to the Nork-Marash cardiology hospital, and then to “Erebouni” Medical Center, where she died on Tuesday.
