YEREVAN. – The American national currency (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 478.57/$1 in Armenia on Tuesday; this is down by AMD 0.03 from Monday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 527.53 (up by AMD 3.94), that of one British pound was AMD 745.56 (up by AMD 5.64), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 7.52 (up by AMD 0.09), informed the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 228.95, AMD 16,878.86 and AMD 14,940.18, respectively.

The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no USD trading on Tuesday.
