YEREVAN. – The American national currency (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 478.32/$1 in Armenia on Wednesday; this is down by AMD 0.25 from Tuesday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 532.27 (up by AMD 4.74), that of one British pound was AMD 744.55 (down by AMD 1.01), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 7.40 (down by AMD 0.12), informed the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 235.44, AMD 17,043.05 and AMD 15,116.91, respectively.

The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no USD trading on Wednesday.
