YEREVAN. - Armenia’s PM Hovik Abrahamyan today held a consultation during which issues on water release from Lake Sevan and possible water losses in Sevan-Hrazdan diversion system were discussed. The consultation was attended by the leaders and representatives of authorized agencies and authorities concerned took part.

During the consultation, results of research conducted for the purpose of determining the amount of water release from Sevan and water losses during previous years were discussed in detail, Armenian Government press-service reports.  

PM Abrahamyan instructed the authorized agencies to strengthen the control over the water release, minimizing the amounts of water loss.
