President of Russia Vladimir Putin has urged to think about measures that will reduce CIS economies' dependence on foreign markets and will revive business ties within the Commonwealth.
Speaking during the CIS Council of Heads of State, Putin said the countries are affected by a number of negative foreign factors, among them fall in prices for the main export goods, uncertainty in global economy, growth of political tension in many regions.
Trade turnover between the CIS states has reduced, and it is necessary to think about measures that will reduce CIS economies' dependence on foreign markets.
