Sergey Khlghatyan, father of late Rafael Khlghatyan who was beaten to death on August 31 in Sinyavskoye village of Russia’s Neklinovski region, has already been dismissed from hospital and returned to his work, Rafael Khlghatyan’s wife, Victoria, told Armenian News – NEWS.am correspondent.

As to the preliminary investigation of the filed criminal case, the law enforcement authorities haven’t yet called the Khlghatyans to the police department.

“We have no idea about anything; we haven’t yet been contacted,” Victoria said.

In the night of 31 August 2015, Rafael Khlghatyan and his father were brutally beaten in   Sinyavskoe village of Russia’s Rostov Oblast during the events dedicated to the village day. 22-year-old Rafael died minutes after the incident, while his father was taken to a hospital.
