YEREVAN. - Staff changes are going to take place in the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA), ENA spokeswoman Natalya Sarjanyan told Armenian News – NEWS.am.
“At this stage the question refers to staff changes. Several braches may merge; for instance, instead of 4 branches there will be one in Yerevan, this ensuring more effective management,” Sarjanyan said.
According to her, at the second stage the skills of each employer will be checked. In case of insufficient professional suitability they will be sent to staff reserve.
“There is a social component which we will consider. If a frontline employee is sent into the reserve, he will fully receive his salary for at least 1 year before assuming his new job,” Sarajyan said.
She also said electric meters will be connected to a single network and an automated system will be introduces, after which inspectors will no longer be needed.
