YEREVAN. - Nobody notified Prosperous Armenia Deputy Stepan Margaryan about his withdrawal from international delegation.

“I didn’t talk about this with anyone in the faction, and learnt about their decision from the press,” Margaryan told Armenian News – NEWS.am correspondent.

Responding to the question on whether he can take part in the constitutional amendments propaganda within the faction, Margaryan said: “I have expressed my opinion about the reforms and will not take part in any campaign.”

Although Prosperous Armenia faction stated earlier that it will vote for the draft Constitutional amendments, the ex-President Kocharyan’s faction wing, including Stepan Margaryan, didn’t turn up at the voting on October 5.

2 days later, Prosperous Armenia faction decided to withdraw its deputies Elinar Vardanyan and Stepan Margaryan from international delegations. According to the head of the faction Naira Zohrabyan, this decision has nothing to do with the deputies’ absence at the voting.
