YEREVAN. – There are two parties ready to work for the exclusively peaceful settlement of Karabakh conflict, and there is the third that is absolutely unready for it, former Russian co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Vladimir Kazimirov said in Yerevan.
The actions of the present leadership in Azerbaijan contradict even the instructions given by ex-president Heydar Aliyev.
Speaking about the issue whether the OSCE Minsk Group justifies itself, Kazimirov said: “It is not about the OSCE Minsk Group and the three co-chairs, it is about the parties to the conflict.”
