YEREVAN. - 114 people living in Armenia committed suicide in the first half of 2015, Armenia police said responding to the inquiry of Armenian News - NEWS.am.
In 14 cases, the reason behind the suicide was the terminal illness, and in 15 cases mental illness.
According to the data presented by the police, one of the suicides took that step on the ground of jealoust, and the rest because of social or other problems. No suicides on religious grounds have been registers for this period.
