OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair James Warlick described as “unacceptable” shots fired during the OSCE mission earlier on Tuesday.
“During our Line of Contact crossing, repeated gunfire forced OSCE monitors to take cover. This is unacceptable,” Warlick tweeted.
As reported earlier by Karabakh Foreign Ministry, during the monitoring, the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs and the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office crossed the Line of Contact from the NKR side to Azerbaijan’s territory.
However, at the end of the monitoring shots fired from submachine guns from the Azerbaijani side were registered, Karabakh Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
