YEREVAN. – Association Agreement with Armenia is not on the agenda now, but it may come back at some point, Polish expert Konrad Zasztowt said during a media conference organized by region research center.

According to the expert, the EEU is not functioning well, it’s rather harmful for Armenian economy.

“It’s possible that the EU will decide eventually that formal membership of Armenia in the EEU is not an obstacle to deepen cooperation and integration. However, that may happen only in case of Russian leadership’s decision to end propaganda war with the West and aggressive actions in Ukraine. Unfortunately, that’s not very likely soon as Kremlin always used the image of the West as enemy to consolidate its power in Russia,” he said.
