YEREVAN. – Chairman of the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC), Artak Shaboyan, on Tuesday met with head of the European Union (EU) Delegation to Armenia, Ambassador Piotr Świtalski.

SCPEC informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that the ambassador was particularly interested in the commission’s priorities in the current year and the main directions of its activities, and he underscored the role and functions of SCPEC.

Shaboyan and Świtalski discussed the implementation of joint projects with the EU delegation in the domain of economic competition, and within the framework of the new Armenia-European Commission negotiations, which launched in December 2015.
