Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves, speaking to  Postimees daily newspaper of Estonia, said the Russian policy is “unpredictable.”

“On February 26, it will be two years since Crimea’s annexation to Russia,” Ilves said. “A lot has changed during these two years, and so quickly that, in my opinion, it’s impossible to predict anything. [But] the biggest concern is that Russia’s conduct is totally unpredictable.”

Also, the Estonian president pointed to Russia’s “quite aggressive conduct” in the Baltic Sea region, and which is manifested by its flights without transponders and spying on Swedish ships, according to Gazeta.ru news site of Russia.
