YEREVAN. – Armenia and Greece will sign a new protocol to rule out double taxation between them.

The respective draft document was approved at Thursday’s meeting of the Armenian Cabinet.

This protocol will further clarify the types of income from immovable property, and the provisions for the taxation of capital increase.

Also, it is proposed to alter the procedures for the taxation of other income, whereby the income recipient country will levy taxes from some of them. This also applies to the earnings which the residents of another country win in the gaming halls of these countries.
