Russian Energy Ministry hopes that Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan will join the “freezing” of oil production.

Minister Alexander Novak told the aforementioned on air of Russia 24.   

“We hope that all OPEC member and non-member states, Russia, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, that is, the countries which are oil exporters, will join the working out of corresponding decisions,” Novak stated.

The Minister earlier said that the meeting of the OPEC members and other oil producers may take place between March 20 and April 1.
