YEREVAN. - No problems will arise with regard to the VAT reimbursement to the Russian partners.  

Director of Mini Baskonia LLC (importer of “Lutik” canned food), Yeghiazar Gabuzyan, who is also the importer of Russian Ralf Ringer shoes, told the aforementioned to Armenian News – NEWS.am correspondent.

“Before 20th day of the following month, in due time, we pay the VAT, lodge the documents with the tax inspection, get notification within a week, leave one copy to us and send the other two: one to the Russian partner, and the other to the Russian Tax Service. This entire chain works properly. In case of transactions within the Eurasian Union, VAT isn’t included in the commodity price. This is the procedure, and both we and our partners are aware of it. We have never faced the risk of double taxation. I couldn’t expect that myself, but this is actually so. Mainly because we work with reliable partners,” he said.
