Brent Crude Oil on Monday surmounted the $39 per barrel threshold, at the London ICE Futures stock exchange.
It reached its peak at 7:52am Armenia standard time, and went up to $39.5 per barrel.
But at 9:20am, it dropped slightly to $39.4 per barrel.
At the opening of trading, it was at $38.9 per barrel.
