Former Central Intelligence Agency employee Edward Snowden has declared that he would like to return to the U.S., however, regardless of the place of stay he intends to continue his activities. The accuser of the surveillance system of the National Security Agency (NSA) reported about it during a video conference in the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), RIA Novosti reported.

Snowden assured that what happened with him personally in this context and in the context of “our country is not so important”. He admitted that at the beginning his path “he feared the worst”.

He confessed that would prefer to return to his country.

However, Snowden has assured that in case of refusal he “will continue working with the same efficiency.”
