Armen Khachatryan (born in 1968) was found in Armenia’s Bagratashen border crossing point and taken to Armenia’s Bagratashen police at 7:55 pm today.
The latter has been wanted by the Latvian police since 15 June 2015, being charged under Articles 179 (3)/misappropriation/ and 275 (2)/document fraud/ of the Latvian Criminal Code.
