PARIS. – Armenian youth have succeeded in foiling a phony Azerbaijani propaganda attempt in Paris.

The Orchestre Lamoureux was going to give a concert devoted to the “Khojaly events” in Azerbaijan, and which was ordered by Azerbaijani propaganda.

The concert was to take place at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, in the French capital city.

“Hearing about this, several dozen members of Paris’ Nazarbek Youth Association of the Social Democrat Hunchakian Party held a demonstration in front of the theater building to protest against the false Azerbaijani propaganda, and they prevented the holding of the concert,” the said youth association’s respective statement reads. “At the last minute, the organizers [of the concert] canceled [this] another manifestation of Azerbaijani propaganda.”
