YEREVAN. - Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) and the German KfW bank today signed a 20 mln euro loan agreement on “4th phase of development of a sustainable market for housing finance in Armenia.”

The loan proceeds will be allocated via the commercial banks and loan organizations, CBA press-service reported to Armenian News – NEWS.am.  They will be directed at mortgage lending and energy-saving mortgage lending in Yerevan and Armenian provinces.  

A number of actions aimed at technical support, specifically corresponding consultations to the beneficiaries will be provided in the framework of the cooperation.
