Moscow hopes that the agreement on ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh will be respected, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.
“We were trying to help our friends to achieve an arrangement that, we hope, will be respected and implemented,” he said during a media briefing following his meeting with Azerbaijani and Iranian Foreign Ministers.
