Armenians are taking part in the reconstruction of the dome of the Capitol, which is one of the symbols of the United States, reported the Voice of America Armenian service.

Vahe Tanchian is Vice President of American Iron Works (AIW) company, and he takes part in the aforesaid rebuilding. To note, the US Congress building is covered with the iron frame of this company.

Tanchian said he is very proud to be a part of this work at the Capitol.

It is noteworthy that Armenians also took part in the reconstruction of The Pentagon—the headquarters of the US Department of Defense—building, which was damaged in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, and the AIW workers received special certificates of appreciation from the American government.

Vahe Tanchian added that, just as Armenians have enriched their homeland, they have also enriched the countries where they live.
