A powerful blast hit the capital of Afghanistan on Monday as a truck with explosive went off near a compound where foreign contractors live.

The local authorities said four people attacked the building, the blast was so powerful that was heard in almost all districts of Kabul, BBC reported.

Taliban movement claimed responsibility for the blast. According to the movement, dozens were killed in a blast, while there have been no official reports yet.
