The minibus with the Russian tourists got into an accident in Abkhazia, 7 km far from the Russian-Abkhaz border, Interfax reported quoting Ministry of Emergency Situations of the republic.

As a result of the accident, which occurred at 10:05, tourist from Omsk Victor Guskov was killed and 18 more passengers including five children, were taken into Gagrsky central hospital with injuries of various degree. The minibus Mercedes with Russian tourists and Nissan Skyline crashed on the highway, the press service of Ministry of Emergency Situations specified.

The condition of the hospitalized Russian tourists is satisfactory, their lives are not in danger. Five people were released after getting medical aid, 13 people were hospitalized with various injuries and fractures.
