38 people were killed in the eastern part of Mexico due to landslides and floods caused by the tropical storm Earl, said the authorities. The most affected region is the state of Puebla, with a death toll of 28 people. Other 10 were killed in the state of Veracruz , reports the BBC. Most of the victims died in the houses dug in landslides. In Huauchinango a hill collapsed on the houses of the local people.
