According to the ascertained information of the police, six people have been injured as a result of a train attack in Switzerland by a man armed with a knife and flammable liquid, Gazeta.ru reports, citing Reuters.

“According to the information available, the 27-year-old Swiss citizen spilled flammable liquid. He was also armed with a knife. The liquid ignited,” the police statement reads.

The wounded have been hospitalized with burns and stab wounds. The attacker has also been taken to hospital.
